Our App is a photo editor that allows users to edit portraits based on neural network technology that automatically generates highly realistic facial transformations.
The App only deal with the photographs that you specifically select for editing, and the result encrypted using a key stored locally on your mobile device.
We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality of the App.
What information do we collect about you?
When you use the App, we may collect information about you, including:
Photographs you provide when you use the App, via your camera or camera roll，the in-App internet search functionality. We obtain only the specific images you chose to modify using the App; we do not collect your photo albums even if you grant us your access to them. We encrypt each photograph that you upload using the App. The encryption key is stored locally on your device.
App usage information, such as information about how you use the App and interact with us, including your preferred language, the date and time when you first installed the App。
Device data, such as your mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device ID, push tokens, Google Advertising ID,, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, and other information about the device you are using to visit the App.
Online activity data, such as information about your use of and actions on the App and the Sites, including pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and length of access.
Location Information, When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors.
Read the Contents of SD Card, Read, modify or delete the contents of your SD card as your instructions. We use this permission so that you can save new pictures to your SD card.
Other Partners, we may receive info about you from our partners, for instance where ads are published on a partner’s websites and platforms (in which case they may pass along details on a campaign’s success).

• We may also share information with other businesses for legitimate business purposes such as corporate audit, analysis and consolidated reporting as well as compliance with applicable laws. We may also share user information with other businesses to remove users who violate our terms of service, or have been reported for criminal activity and/or bad behavior. In some instances, we may remove that user from all platforms.
• We may disclose your information if reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, government / law enforcement investigation or other legal requirements; (ii) to assist in the prevention or detection of crime (subject in each case to applicable law); or (iii) to protect the safety of any person.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
If you are a minor, you shall use our services with obtaining prior consent of your parent or legal guardian. We recommend that the guardians of minors shall read this Policy carefully, and we also recommend minors to obtain guardians’ prior consent and guidance before submitting personal information in your use of our services.
The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete it. We encourage parents with concerns to contact us.
YOUR RIGHTS
